FAMILY NIGHT

Family Night is a time for parents and children to enjoy together, with an emphasis on the fun and recreational aspects of fitness and exercise.  The club is open to member parents and their children on Saturdays during the months of October through May from 4 pm until 7 pm.

The charge is $4.00 per child.  Children can participate in age appropriate activities including:

• Kid Fit Class (ages 4 - 8 yrs.)
• Future Force Class (ages 9 - 15 yrs.)
• Weight Training Instruction (ages 9 - 15 yrs.)
• Open Swim Time

Parents must accompany their children at all times except when the child is in a scheduled class, or is over the age of 9 years and is certified by RSC staff as having completed the Swimming Skills Test.  Use of certain areas is restricted during this time.  There is access to the pool, racquetball courts, track, and exercise equipment,  although restrictions do apply.
