Personal Trainers are an invaluable resource regardless of a client’s fitness level or experience.  As a teacher and coach, a qualified trainer works to create and adapt your workout program to maximize your results and make the most of your time at the gym. Whether you are looking for general fitness, weight loss, rebuilding strength after recovery from illness or injury, or sports specific training, a trainer can provide motivation and expertise in tailoring the program to fit your abilities and meet your goals.

RSC has an excellent staff of Trainers ready to work with you. Personal Training Sessions last 45- 60 minutes and can be purchased by RSC members as single sessions or packaged at discounted rates. 

RSC also offers the Sports Performance Program, a 6 week, 14 session program specifically targeting the high school athlete. Personal Training is also available to Non-Members.
