POOL / WHIRLPOOL

RSC has a 48' Indoor Heated Pool, that graduates from 3 feet to 5 feet in depth, with an exceptionally large adjacent Whirlpool. Swimming and aquatic exercise are excellent alternatives to traditional workouts since movement in water greatly reduces stress on joints and muscles.

The RSC Pool is available to all members whether swimming laps, participating in Group Classes, looking to change up a routine, rehabilitating after illness or injury, or just enjoying a refreshing swim. 

The Pool also has designated times for members to spend time with their children during weekly Playgroup and Family Nights, and Swim Lessons are available for children and adults.
