SAUNA / STEAM ROOM
Saunas and steam rooms are a great way to relax after a vigorous workout. Time spent in a sauna or a steam room in moderation raises metabolism and body temperature; increasing the body’s natural detoxification and purification processes, and alleviating stress.
As a Basic Member at RSC you can visit the Steam Room whenever you please. If steam isn’t your thing, the club's dry sauna may be more to your liking. There's no effort involved in taking a sauna or steam, you just stretch out and let the heat do the work.
